What is an Iced Coffea?
It’s simply an iced coffee with a shot of our Coffea Liqueur. Which in some ways is the best way to enjoy it, unadulterated, pure and simplistic. Allowing the full flavoured punch of pure speciality espresso lift your spirit as you sip an iced cold coffee. And when you pour milk into the glass something extraordinary happens, it’s mesmerising. The swirls of milk tickle the espresso into waves of dark clouds, which spiral into an atmospheric eruption.
- 50ml Coffea Coffee Liqueur
- Espresso shot
- Simple syrup
- Handful of ice
- Glass - Latte glass. This allows you to watch the milk and coffee swirl and collide.
- Jigger - Bartending tool/dual ended cup for measuring spirits that is normally dual ended (50ml/25ml)
The simple syrup is made up of 1 part caster sugar and 1 part water, which is heated in a saucepan until the sugar has dissolved and cooled.

Origin of Iced Coffea - Hottest day of the year 2022
Designed for theatrics and served to friends and family. Although if truth be told the origin of iced coffee probably originates from a fortress named Mazagran in Algiers, Algeria, which in 1837 the Treaty of Tafana was granted to France.
