DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, including Northern Island, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service (excludes weekends & bank holidays). We also offer a guaranteed by 1pm next day delivery service (excludes weekends & bank holidays), which can be selected on checkout.
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of order placement and payment processing, however this is not always possible. If delays are expected we will email you with the details. Orders placed outside of office hours and weekends will not be processed until the next working business day.
Returns
You may have a right to return the product and a refund, depending on the circumstances.
If what you have bought is faulty or we have done something wrong (e.g. made a pricing error), please contact our customer services team.
If you have just changed your mind about the product, there are limited circumstances in which you are eligible for a refund and this may be subject to deductions and you will have to pay the costs of return of any goods. If the product is still sealed and you are within the 14 day cooling off period, the terms of our goodwill guarantee will apply.
Our goodwill guarantee. Liqueurious Limited will exercise its sole discretion in respect of offering the opportunity for you to change your mind, depending on the shelf life, storage conditions, packaging and likelihood of resale of the product.

Liqueurious is based in the beautiful and historic Cotswolds. We currently do not have a shop for you to visit but we are available by post, email or phone to answer any queries. And due to the busy nature of Liqueurious our preferred method of contact is by email, as we can respond to your query outside of normal operating hours.
