What is a Camellia Rocks?
It’s a freshly steeped single origin cuppa on ice. A mellow loose black tea with complex notes of orange, honey and caramel with a long note adding a rich malty mouthfeel.
Recipe
- 75ml Camellia Black Tea Liqueur
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
Tools
- Jigger - Bartending tool/dual ended cup for measuring spirits that is normally dual ended (50ml/25ml).
- Serving glass - Old fashioned glass. Other names are rocks glass/lowball glass. Essentially they are a short tumbler used for spirits, neat or with ice.
Method
Add the ice into an old fashioned glass and gently pour over the Camellia Liqueur.
